Position: Part-Time City Manager

Schedule: 29 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Sampling Event Management
- Execute and oversee all aspects of local market events and promotional activations
- Attend events regularly to ensure operational excellence and compliance with sampling regulations
- Complete event recaps, reports, and photo documentation
- Manage local storage facilities, event assets, and promotional materials
- Coordinate staffing and event logistics to ensure successful execution
- Provide hands-on event support, including working promotional events as needed
- Monitor budget compliance and manage payroll-related responsibilities
- Distribute and transport point-of-sale (POS) materials, event assets, and supplies to warehouses, events, and Brand Ambassadors
- Provide regional support within the Northeast market as needed
Brand Ambassador Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Brand Ambassadors
- Coach and develop team members on brand messaging, best practices, event execution, and sampling compliance requirements
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on professionalism and engagement
- Client & Retail Partner Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local sales teams, retail partners, and key stakeholders
- Strengthen brand presence and engagement with retailers and consumers
- Collaborate with regional teams to share insights and best practices
- Ensure timely, professional, and responsive communication across all channels
