Havas Street is hiring Brand Ambassadors + Team Leads for On-Premise World Cup & Off-Premise Summer Events- SoCal

Are you passionate about premium beer and creating memorable experiences? Do you enjoy sharing high-quality products with others? Our well-known beer brand is excited to build our team with on/off-premise samplings where you’ll introduce consumers to the brand through responsible sampling and engaging interactions. 

Locations:

- Los Angeles

- San Fernando Valley

- Inland Empire

- Coachella Valley

- Orange County

- San Diego

Dates:

Training: 6/9/26 Virtual Training 6pm – 7:30p

Events: June 2026 – Sept 2026

Hours:

ONP/OFP – 3hr to 6hr events + recap and drive time between account

Hours are typically from 11am - 10pm

Pay Rates:

Brand Ambassador - $34

Team Lead - $36

Uniform:

Will need to provide own black jeans, and black/white close toed shoes for the on/off-premise. Uniform shirt will be provided. We always encourage that all BA’s have a back-up all black shirt

Requirements:

- Brand Education/Communicate Key Messaging

- Create fun energy within event environment

- Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities)

- Consumer engagement activity

- Distribute premiums

- Provide memorable consumer interactions

- Encourage sweepstakes entry

- Drive sales

- Reporting (Data and Photo Capture)

- Answer consumer questions

- For off-premise must own 4-foot fold up table and black tablecloth

Reporting BA Additional Responsibilities:

- Handle reporting & photo capture

- Pays for product using company issued credit cards

- Inventory and assets in local market

- Ensures seamless execution onsite

- Check in with field manager

- Troubleshoots with account staff (as needed)
